Kevin joined Legence Bank in 2000 and became President/CEO in 2001.  He attended Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and received his degree in Agricultural Business and Management. He served as the Chairman for CBAI (Community Bankers Association of Illinois) in 2015/2016. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis appointed Kevin to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council in 2016 for a three-year term to advise on the credit, along with banking and economic conditions facing their institutions and local communities. In 2017, Kevin served on the Agriculture-Rural America Committee for ICBA (Illinois Community Bankers Association). He currently serves as a Board Member for the Southern Illinois NOW Initiative.  He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marion and serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. He also served on the board at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL.

Martin serves as the President/CEO for First Eldorado Bancshares, Inc, in addition to serving as Chairman for the First Eldorado Bancshares, Inc. He attended the University of Missouri - Columbia and received his degree in Finance. In 1986, he formed Capital First Corporation, a subsidiary of the First State Bank of Eldorado – now known as American Farm Mortgage & Financial Services, a subsidiary of Legence Bank.  He served as President from 1986-2004 to help specialize in the secondary market agricultural mortgage loans. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Southern Illinois NOW Initiative.  He is a Director for One Shawnee, and continues to be very involved with the Southern Illinois Community Foundation (SICF) as a Director and former President. He was a Director and past President for the Egyptian Health Department and has been very instrumental in the Saline County CEO program (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities), a privately funded program designed to teach entrepreneurship to area high school students. He is also a member of the St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Harrisburg and serves as the Treasurer and Board Trustee and he serves as the Trustee for the Diocesan Endowment Account for the Episcopal Diocese of Springfield. He also served on the foundation board at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL and a volunteer for Saline County CASA.

Don started as a Collector at Legence Bank and then served as an Assistant VP and Vice President from 1979-1995.  He became a board member in 1995 with a total of 46 years dedicated to Legence Bank.  Over the years, Don has served on the loan committee, audit committee and IT committee for the bank. He earned his degree from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. He attended Banking School at the University of Evansville, Advanced Learning certification through the Illinois Bank Association (IBA). He purchased the Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in 2001 with his son, Jon Poore and they continue to serve families in southern Illinois.  Don has been very active in his community through his position as Finance Commissioner for the city of Eldorado from 1979-1983 and as Mayor of Eldorado from 1987-1993. 

Kevin has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field. He has served Southern Illinois area clients since 1979 with expertise in the following services: individual tax preparation, corporate tax preparation, partnership taxation, trust taxation, management advisory services, payroll services, consulting, business sales and acquisitions, and assistance with bank financing. His career began with a regional certified public accounting firm and evolved into creating and operating a public accounting firm to provide expertise to clients spanning the downstate and tri-state area. Kevin earned his accounting degree at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. Kevin has focused on serving the Marion area by being a member of his local school board, coaching Little League teams, active participation in the Rotary Club, and by serving as a member of his parish finance committee.

Dr. Jones earned his Pre-Medical degree at Southern Illinois University- Carbondale in Chemistry. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine -Springfield, IL and served his Residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN and was Chief Resident.  He has three Medical Licenses; Illinois, Indiana, and Florida.He started a solo medical practice in Harrisburg in 1979, known as the Primary Care Group which grew to include 10 physicians and became the premier medical clinic in southeastern Illinois. He was Co-Owner of the Saline Care Center. His community involvement is quite extensive.  He served on the Egyptian Health Department board, the SIU Alumni Association board, the Voices for Illinois Children board, the Harrisburg Medical Center board, and founded the Bridge Free Medical Clinic in Harrisburg, IL and served as the Medical Director, along with serving on the SIU Foundation board.  He retired from clinical practice in 2016 and began teaching at Indiana University School of Medicine in Evansville. Dr. Jones has many accolades within the Medical Field and his community.  He received the 2002 SIU School of Medicine Distinguished Alumnus Award, the 2010 Rural Practitioner of the Year, and the 2012 Family Physician of the Year for State of Illinois, Illinois Academy of Family Medicine just to mention a few.

Jessica is the former Director, Provider Recruitment for SSM Health in Illinois and SLUCare, a division of SSM Health in Missouri.  Jessica joined SSM Health in 2008 to re-establish their in-house provider recruitment program in Illinois. Mrs. Hall has more than 23 years of experience in Recruitment and has been with SSM Health for 15 years, overseeing the medical staff recruitment activities for both Illinois and the academic division of SSM Health in Missouri. She received a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. Hall is a fellow and active member of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) since 2009, and previously sat on their Fellowship committee. She is also a member of the Illinois Association of Physician Recruiters (ISPR).  She has served on the board for the United Way of Jefferson County and the YMCA of Jefferson County.

Dr. Sudesh Mujumdar joined the Romain College of Business at the University of Southern Indiana (USI) as Dean in July 2022. As Dean, he has led the development and actualization of a futuristic value proposition anchored in building market-leading competencies for ALL undergraduate business students at USI – competencies that no other business school, globally, is building at scale at the undergraduate level. He also successfully led the extension of AACSB accreditation for business and accounting programs at the Romain College. Prior to his Deanship at the Romain College, Dr. Mujumdar served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at Savannah State University in Savannah, Georgia, where he successfully led the College in its extension of AACSB accreditation and secured more than $4 million in grants and private donor funding. He also successfully led the inclusion of Savannah State University as a partnering institution in Bank of America’s $1 billion initiative to expand economic opportunity and social justice, and forged partnerships and relationships with business organizations such as Gulfstream and PricewaterhouseCoopers, various city and state government offices, Texas A&M’s Human Behavior Lab, and the Avatar Lab at the Bagwell College of Education (Kennesaw State University), shaping its brand identity and visibility.   

Dr. Mujumdar Sudesh has lived in many countries including India, Mauritius, Tanzania, and Belize. He speaks five languages and is learning a sixth. Dr. Mujumdar earned his bachelor's degree and master’s degree in economics from the University of Bombay and a master’s and doctorate degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati.  He also completed the Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School. 

Sheila Burcham brings over 40 years of expertise in the financial industry, with extensive experience in operations, lending, and management. She has a proven track record of leading banking organizations to achieve strategic goals and objectives. Sheila served as Market President of the Southern Region for Bradford National Bank, as well as President, CEO, and Director at Community Trust Bank in Irvington, Illinois, where she managed $100 million in assets, oversaw policy and compliance, and led a team of officers and staff.

Sheila earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and holds diplomas from the Illinois Bankers School and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Her dedication to professional growth is reflected in her participation in numerous industry seminars and regulatory training programs.

Active in both past and current community initiatives, Sheila has served as President of the Centralia Chamber of Commerce, a Salvation Army Board Member, and Treasurer of the JMWCDC Economic Development Corporation. She continues to contribute to organizations such as Helping Hands and the Centralia Industrial Commission.
